Malibu Wakesetter 247 LSV 2009

OVERVIEW

At more than 24 feet, the Malibu Wakesetter 247 LSV has the biggest wake in the Malibu Wakeboard Boats line and its most social layout, so it’s a great fit for the committed rider with a family or an equally dedicated crew of friends. There’s seating for 16 between the wraparound-style lounge and playpen bow. Storage underneath every lounge seat pairs with 44 cubic feet of rear locking storage and 47 cubic feet of combined space in the bow, locker and observer areas to create more than enough room for 16 people’s gear. Thanks to details like the Italian Isotta steering wheel and pervasive theater-style LED lighting, every inch of that unbelievable space drips sophistication.

FAVORITE FEATURE:

Its Name in Lights

With oversized stainless-steel cup holders and available Rockford Fosgate speakers, the Malibu Wakesetter 247 LSV’s side panels were already plenty pimped. That didn’t stop Malibu Boats’ designers from adding backlit, laser-cut, stainless-steel pieces that spill theater-style lighting into the lounge.

THE WAKES

The Ma****libu Wakesetter 247 LSV has a great wake right out of the box. The 1,450 pounds of factory ballast serves up more than enough meat. The ramps are nice and long, the landing zones offer plenty of cushion and the lip is what you’d expect from a Malibu Wakesetter – nice and rounded.
