Wakeboard Boat Review
Malibu Boats’ Wakesetter 247 LSV oozes style and convenience from every stitch, LED and cleat. Straight from the factory, this more-than-24-foot wakeboarding boat comfortably seats 16 for a day of riding or a night of partying. The Malibu Wakesetter 247 LSV is equally adept at hucking riders to new levels and hosting social gatherings, and it doesn’t sacrifice on the performance handling of Malibu wakeboard boats. The Malibu Wakesetter 247 LSV’s elegant styling and intelligent design extends from the massive lounge area all the way to the 44 cubic feet of rear storage. Malibu Boats didn’t design a luxury liner without thinking of the riders.
The Wakes
With 1,450 pounds of ballast along with the available patented Power Wedge, this wake kicks up huge with extremely little effort. Advanced riders will appreciate large landing areas with a nice span and plenty of girth, while beginners will appreciate the Wakesetter 247 LSV’s approachable swell at slower speeds and a shorter line.
Don’t Miss
Gorilla Fins Malibu’s rock-solid tracking can largely be attributed to two surfboardlike fins mounted to the hull. Gorilla Fins might not seem like a big deal until you realize you can hold the steering wheel with your fingertips even though your rider is taking raley cuts into the wake.
