Max Out the Wakesurf Wave in the …

Centurion Enzo SV 244

Rider: Drew Danielo
Wave side: Port

Why it’s a best wakesurf boat: At 24 feet and with a dry weight of 4,600 pounds, the 244 is a big, heavy boat. Plus, it has the traditional Enzo deep-V hull, which makes it easier to list over to one side and put more boat in the water, as well as Centurion’s quick-fill ballast so you can fill either side in about a minute.

How to max it out for surfing: First, fill up the port-side ballast. If you have a lot of passengers, sit as many on the port side of the lounge as can comfortably fit and have the rest sit in the back. I usually ride with only three or four guys, so I add a ballast bag to the port locker and another to the port side of the lounge. Finally, go for a test run and add a little weight to the bow, if needed.
