Why it’s a best wakesurf boat: Start with the ballast system, which at 3,200 pounds is second only to the Epic 23V. As a result, no matter how many people you have in the boat, you’re always going to have enough weight without adding extra bags. The swim platform was also specifically designed to in no way tamper with the wake.

How to max it out for surfing: Fill up the port ballast completely and fill up the front and starboard ballast halfway. Set the integrated wake shape plate all the way up for maximum height or move it down by a quarter to add more length. Opt for the new surf tabs and you can add the equivalent of 500 to 800 pounds of ballast by setting the port-side tab up and the starboard-side down.
