Why it’s a best wakesurf boat: The chines that come off the 230’s back corner create a clean face and a steep wave that gives you a lot of push.

How to max it out for surfing: Get a boatload of people on the port side, fill up the port-side ballast tank and add a big ballast bag in the back port locker and a small bag under the back port seat. The Hydro-Gate trim tab helps you shape the wave to your liking. Put it all the way forward for a longer wave or move it all the way back for a shorter, steeper wave.
