The first cable park to open its doors in Michigan, Placid Wake Park features a pro shop, a boat lake and, most importantly, a Sesitec System 2.0, complete with great obstacles for beginners and pros. Created by Summit Marine Hydraulic Boat Lifts, the park’s hydraulic rail is highly unusual and quite a chameleon — it can transform into a flat bar, rainbow rail, A-frame rail, incline, rooftop, etc. And it takes as little as 30 seconds to morph into shape. With its grand opening kickoff in June, Placid Wake Park plans to continue to add a new feature each month this summer. Placid Wake Park, located 20 minutes west of Grand Rapids, Michigan, is part of the Placid Waters water-sports community.
