A lot of things a have gone down in the Hard Rock pool in Las Vegas. Add a rail jam to that list. Billabong, along with Macbeth shoes, hosted a pre-party for MTV’s Video Music Awards at the Vegas icon and it didn’t disappoint.
With Ryan Sheckler, Carey Hart and members of the Wu-Tang Clan hanging out poolside, Billabong riders Brian Grubb, Chad Sharpe, Shawn Watson, Kevin Henshaw, and Erik Ruck along with special guests Parks and Shane Bonifay laid waste to the 60-foot-long rail in the middle of the pool. The boys sessioned the rail for nearly two hours before switching into their party attire to enjoy the rest of the evening, which included a viewing of Billabong’s new movie Trilogy and performances by Angels and Airwaves, 50 Cent and Linkin Park.
