It’s summer, and when we decided to shoot a “summertime vibe” cover, we dreamed up the idea of a rail shot with tons of beach balls floating in the water as far as the eye could see. I ordered 50 dozen (that’s 600, kids) beach balls to try to cover as much water as we could...

Summer is just around the corner, and so is the much-anticipated Hyperlite Experience tour. Hyperlite is bringing to you an epic day on the water riding the latest Hyperlite boards, bindings, surfers and skates behind some of the biggest wakes in the industry including the Nautique Boats new G23.

Sometimes when filmers are out shooting riders, the clips aren't necessarily being shot with an intended destination. That however doesn't mean that they aren't any good, as evidenced by this fun edit that Patrick Wieland, filmmaker responsible for Slingshot's Lipsmack, put together of some of those particular leftover shots...

It is kind of like a pizza, no matter how you get it, it is still good. We may have seen a lot of these clips before, maybe not, but either way it is a fun thing to revisit. The Fox team kind of has an unwritten rule: Hit double-ups well, or move on...
