But the basic way to learn a scarecrow is to start from 20 feet outside the wake and cut hard on your toeside edge, with plenty of weight on your front foot... - Remember that a scarecrow is just a front roll to revert so you'll need a progressive toeside edge with little more weight on your front foot and a little more pull from your rear hand.
