Filmed and edited by Andrew Adams, this guerilla wakeboarding winch video features a motley group of Texas wakeboarders called the Shred Town crew, which consists of Adams, Chris Abadie and Davis Griffin, as well as special guests Shane Bonifay, Jimmy LaRiche and Erik Ruck. If you don’t get pulled in by the first jib-to-wall section, there’s something wrong with you. We talked to photographer Justin LeBlanc about the wall catastrophe, and he told us the guys had no choice but to set up their winch at the end of the narrow canal, and with a straight-line pull, the riders’ momentum pulled them straight into the wall. Besides that mess, watch for some innovative spillway buttering and an insane attempt at the “Death Drop.”
