    The reason for getting hurt is to come back stronger….

    I'm not a high level wakeboarder but I blew my meniscus from doing a regular tantrum. Felt it a little at the take-off and for sure again at the landing… brings you down. But as written on top…. get back stronger. Train harder as before. get the ligaments and tendons support your weight and impacts from takeoffs and landings… have a good recovery….

    Right knee. Was it open or laprascopic, looks like it was an open procedure. If so why?

    Dallas Friday is a great Athlete and has pushed this sport for all women. Whether your a pro watching her from the dock or a fan reading about her killer stomps, She is always the one to watch. Hope to see more about her progression Out of this injury, it might of taken her down but She is still the one to Watch!
