Wakeboard Boat Review
Tige‘s R20 shares the exact same fiberglass as the RZR, but with fewer tech-based features, the price of this 20 footer is much more affordable. We love the R20’s value. This boat has a ton of features and performance for a really low asking price. It’s Tige’s most versatile hull and we love the fact that you can get it at two different price levels depending on your needs. Speaking of versatility, the R20 will get the job done for anything from riding to surfing to wakeskating and skiing. It maxes out at 1,600 pounds of factory ballast and makes a surprisingly big wake. Opt for the ConvexVX hull extension for the biggest, cleanest and longest surf wave possible on the R20. While the R20 may be lacking a touch screen, its analog gauges and rocker switches make it easy to control for just about anyone. The low profile dash shows you everything you need, and you can always tell when something is on or off because of the light up switches. Tige’s Speedset is a perfect example of functional simplicity. Just hit the center button when you want to lock in your speed, then nudge it up or down with the arrows, then disengage at any time with the same center button. It’s that easy.
