Aaron Reed, Wakeskater of the Year at the 2006 Wake Awards, wrapped up his year off the Pro Wakeboard Tour by winning the Wakeskate World Championships in Texas. Reed, who also turned 25 at Worlds, took the year off the Tour to focus on demos and filming. Reed’s other wins in 2006 include first place finishes at the Summer X Games and Nationals.
