Distortion Boarding’s Grinch Winch is a key component of the perfect action sports vehicle, which is on display at the 2009 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Distortion teamed up with Billabong, Toyota and Street Image to transform a 2009 Toyota Venza into the ultimate action sports utility vehicle.
With design guidance from pro skater Bucky Lasek and pro surfer Greg Long, Eric Valdez gave the Ultimate Venza an aggressive custom body kit that includes a unique Toyota/Billabong paint job as well as Grinch Winch that can be mounted both in the front and rear.
The Ultimate Venza will serve as the official Billabong Team vehicle and will be used by Billabong’s surf, snow, skate and wake athletes. It will also be used in the Billabong Adventure Division to tow personal watercraft during wave excursions and will be the official Billabong tow vehicle for their wake team. The one-of-a-kind Venza will also be displayed at Billabong surf contests and camps from coast to coast.
