HITCASE® Launches Hitcase Pro+, Converts iPhone 5/5s/5c Into Action Camera
Hitcase (hitcase.com), the market leader in shockproof, waterproof, and mountable sports-activity products for iPhone, today announced the availability of its new Hitcase Pro+ product for iPhone. It turns an iPhone into a wearable and mountable, internet connected, action camera that enables you to shoot, send and share footage and photos, whenever, and wherever you are.
Hitcase Pro+ combines the trusted rugged and waterproof design (waterproof up to 33 feet) of the original Hitcase and improves on it in a number of significant ways.
First, a brand new TrueLUX™ in-house designed 3x SuperWide lens. This 3 element glass lens with anti reflective and hard coatings offers a super wide filming angle without any vignetting in either photo or video mode, a first for any iPhone lens. Also included In the box is a waterproof Flat Lens for slimmer profile and a standard field of view. The Hitcase Pro+ incorporates interchangeable twist on lenses so users can easily switch lenses for the ultimate in creativity.
Included in the Hitcase Pro+ bundle is the brand new ShootR mount, a lightweight, waterproof monopod designed for Hitcase. The ShootR is collapsible down to a 6 inch pistol grip form factor and compact enough to fit into a pocket, yet extends to almost 19 inches to get the widest possible Selfie shots or get high above the crowd for that awesome perspective.
The new ShockWave audio seal provides 2x greater clarity and improved sound for both calling and recorded video, allowing users to capture even subtle nuances in their recordings compared with other rugged and waterproof products on the market.
Deep underwater protection and shock absorption are provided by the Patented ShockSeal and ShockPad system. This unique combination allows the Hitcase Pro+ to be waterproof up to 33 feet while protecting and cushioning your iPhone from drops from up to 10 feet. Hitcase’ tried and tested rugged design is further improved with all new materials and reengineering of key components. These improvements make the Hitcase Pro+ up to twice as tough as previous versions in multi drop tests.
