NAUTIQUE RECEIVES THE INDUSTRY’S CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AWARD
FOR THE NINTH YEAR IN A ROW
ORLANDO, FLA (September 30, 2014) — Today during the International BoatBuilder’s Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) trade show, the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s (NMMA) recognized Nautique for the ninth year in a row for excellence in customer satisfaction in the Inboard Watersports Boat category.
The Marine Industry CSI Awards program honors participating manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. Once again, Nautique achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat during the period between April 1, 2013 and March 31, 2014.
“Customers are inseparable from a company’s success, and this year’s CSI award recipients have embraced this fundamental understanding by cultivating an exceptional ownership experience,” notes Robert Newsome, director of engineering standards for NMMA.
“Our culture at Nautique is about building the world’s best boats from a company that cares and this industry award acknowledges that customer satisfaction doesn’t end when the boat leaves the factory, we stand behind our product through the entire ownership experience,” stated Nautique President/CEO Bill Yeargin. “Our entire team from our employees to our dealers couldn’t be more thrilled to be recognized by NMMA for excellent customer satisfaction,” Yeargin added.
