Supreme’s S240 satisfies most watersports boat buyer’s needs at a price notably lower than similar-size offerings. Supreme’s signature EZ-V hull, QuickSurf system, and 4,800 pounds of onboard ballast allow the S240 to deliver wakesurfing waves that people at every skill level can ride and enjoy.
With a capacity of 16 people and storage to match, the S240 proves roomy enough for you to host a crowd of friends and family. For the captain, a bolstered, swiveling seat makes for carefree days of pulling, made simpler with Supreme’s well-executed and easy-to-use systems. A 7-inch highly visible touchscreen allows for quick access to the ballast, trim tabs, speed-control settings and other onboard systems. New conveniences for 2024 include a wireless phone charger and a small audio control located near the throttle. I found this last feature highly convenient for quickly turning down the volume when I needed to speak with a rider on the swim step.
Of course, wakesurf waves are the star of the show, offering a clean, rideable surface that packs a punch. They have plenty of push that can be adjusted for different styles and ability levels. Much of that customization is controlled via the Stinger Wake Plate, which you operate using a lever mounted behind the steering wheel. When you find a ballast, speed and plate-position setup to your liking, the settings can be saved to a custom-rider profile. Simple!
The wraparound interior offers plenty of lounge space for all passengers, and the oversize bow easily fits two adults. Add the removable cushion to the walk-through, and the playpen-style layout is as comfy for riding as it is for taking a nap while at anchor. Spradling vinyl is used throughout for upholstery. It adds to the comfort factor, but also ensures extreme durability. The oversize Bimini shade also adds comfort while incorporating extra wakesurf board storage.
All said and done, the S240 checks a lot of boxes for any buyer looking to get into the watersports and V-drive market, or move from a smaller boat into a larger one without breaking the bank.
