“MasterCraft started the Let Her Rip campaign to create a platform designed specifically for women to build their confidence in and around boating. It’s about celebrating your strengths and pushing yourself to try new things,” said Krista Schipner, Vice President of Marketing for MasterCraft. “Being part of a company that is dedicated to shifting the narrative around women in boating by cultivating an environment where they can learn and thrive in a stress free, no judgment zone is truly special. With every event, we’re breaking down a barrier to entry by making it less challenging and less intimidating for women.”

“It’s an incredible feeling to be partnered with a brand that supports and encourages me, my fellow female athletes, plus women and young girls all throughout the country,” said Meagan Ethell. “I’ve been part of the Let Her Rip program since the beginning, and they are so special to me. There is nothing like seeing the feeling of accomplishment on someone’s face when they get up wakesurfing for the first time or confidently dock a boat for the first time. I love being able to empower women on the water and give back as a female athlete.”

For the second year, Let Her Rip participants can track their activity time in the Connect App for MasterCraft’s Surf to Save Lives benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.
